Organisational Structure of the MOSH Learning Hub
The MOSH Learning Hub organisational structure is designed to ensure effective leadership, coordination, and implementation of leading health and safety practices across the South African mining industry. Aligned under the Minerals Council South Africa, the structure connects executive oversight with specialist-driven adoption teams focused on four critical areas: Noise, Dust, Falls of Ground, and Transport and Machinery. This integrated framework enables streamlined communication, accountability, and alignment with the industry’s overarching goal of achieving Zero Harm. By combining executive sponsorship with technical expertise, the MOSH system fosters collaboration and continuous improvement in mining health and safety performance.
