Underground Traffic Management Technical Guide
Traffic management in underground trackless operations is critical to improving safety and reducing incidents involving the movement of people and vehicles. This document, developed by the MOSH Underground TMM Industry Team, aims to support the mining industry by identifying potential improvements to existing traffic controls and operating procedures involving TMMs.
The guide consolidates best practices from across the industry into a practical resource intended to enhance operational readiness, inform pre-planning and design of new sites and address current gaps in traffic-related safety.
